1. Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Services

Location

London, United Kingdom

Salary

£38,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Fundamental Standards.

  • Lead, supervise, and support care staff.

  • Monitor service quality and continuous improvement.

  • Manage care assessments, care planning, and reviews.

  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are implemented effectively.

  • Build relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).

  • Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding.

  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

2. Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

£12.50 – £16.50 per hour

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily living activities.

  • Provide personal care and emotional support.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care desirable.

  • Previous healthcare experience preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate and caring approach.

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Deliver personalise care and home support services.

  • Assist with washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication support.

  • Support service users within their homes and communities.

  • Maintain care records and report concerns.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in care work desirable.

  • Compassionate and reliable nature.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

  • Health and Social Care qualification desirable.

  • Relevant ultrasound qualification.

  • HCPC registration where applicable.

  • Significant sonography experience.

  • Strong communication and patient care skills.

  • Maintain accurate patient records.

  • BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.

  • Current HCPC registration.

  • Knowledge of radiation safety regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • HCPC registration.

  • Significant post-registration radiography experience.

  • Strong clinical and leadership skills.

  • Experience working within NHS or private healthcare settings.
